• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5.2 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit calculated on net losses. Up to 0.4% applies at the Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at the Platinum tier. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bet Decisions
